We offer a 60-day return policy for all eligible products, with the return window starting on the date your order is delivered to your provided shipping address. To qualify for a return, items must meet all the following criteria:
- Products remain in their original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging, with all original labels, tags, and safety seals fully intact
- Products are unused, unconsumed, and in complete resalable condition, fully compliant with food safety regulations
- Your return request is formally submitted within the 60-day window from the order delivery date
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your unique order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and a clear reason for the return. Shipping Costs
